Global South Climate Database

The Global South Climate Database (GSCD) aims to ensure that journalists from all over the world can contact climate experts from Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Pacific. It is a publicly available, searchable database of scientists and experts in the fields of climate science, policy and energy.

The database currently lists 1087 experts from 122 countries. The map below shows the nationalities of the respondents, where larger circles indicate a greater number of experts.
